Replyally is an AI Communication Copilot that helps users draft replies using a generative AI model. It is provided 'as is' with reasonable efforts toward accuracy.
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity under your account.
No illegal content, no harassment, no spam, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no reverse-engineering.
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current period.
Replies you generate using Replyally are yours. The underlying software, brand and models remain the property of Flowna Circuit Tech Limited and its providers.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate. AI-generated text should be reviewed before sending.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowna Circuit Tech Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Flowna Circuit Tech Limited against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data.
We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Flowna Circuit Tech Limited's registered office.
