Account data (name, email, password hash), voice profile (style tags and any sample messages you provide), usage logs (counts only, not content), and technical metadata (IP — hashed for rate limiting, device type).
We never store the message content you paste into Replyally or generate replies from. Inputs are processed in-memory and discarded after the response is returned.
To provide the service, personalise replies via your voice profile, prevent abuse, send transactional emails (e.g. receipts), and improve product quality (aggregated, anonymous).
Our keyboard extension reads your clipboard ONLY when you explicitly tap the Suggest button. It does not log or transmit clipboard contents at any other time. Clipboard data is sent to our backend over TLS, used to generate a reply, and discarded immediately.
We share minimum-necessary data with: Anthropic (Claude API — model inference), MongoDB Atlas (database hosting), Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers.
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Message content is never retained. Voice profile is kept until you delete it or your account.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and export your data, and to object to processing. Email legal@flownatech.com or use the in-app controls under Profile → Privacy & Data.

Replyally is not intended for users under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13 we will delete it promptly.
We will notify users by email at least 14 days before any material change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
